Built from the ground up,

What started as a local electrical engineering venture in 2020 has grown into a multi-entity manufacturing group serving aerospace clients in the USA and marine majors across India.

Conele.in — where it began
Started as an electrical engineering services provider in Vadodara, building a reputation for precision and reliability.
2023
Conele Systems Pvt. Ltd. incorporated
Formalized operations at Chhani, Vadodara. Expanded into manufacturing with a structured delivery model and growing client base.
2023–2025
Rapid growth & international orders
Entered aerospace and marine sectors. Partnered with Bauer Inc. (USA) and Testek Solutions (USA) for aircraft ground test systems, and Marine Electricals (India) for large-scale load bank solutions.
2026
Synk Systems Pvt. Ltd. formed
A dedicated R&D and load bank innovation entity launched to accelerate product development, make-to-stock readiness, and next-generation system design.

We are a homegrown engineering group with deep roots in Gujarat and an ambitious outlook toward global markets. Our journey reflects a philosophy that great engineering companies are not built overnight — they are built through disciplined execution, customer trust, and an unrelenting drive to improve.

Over six years, we have gone from local electrical services to landing aerospace contracts with industry leaders in the United States. That trajectory is powered by two things: the people behind the work, and the processes we have put in place to deliver on our promises every time.

With two complementary entities now in operation — one focused on manufacturing execution, the other on innovation — the group is structured to grow intelligently and sustainably.

Infrastructure

A new manufacturing home — built to last.

Our new owned facility at Kotambi, Vadodara represents the group's most significant infrastructure investment to date. Designed for operational scale, quality control, and future growth — it is the physical foundation of everything we aim to build.

Construction is complete. The facility went live on 1 May 2026, with 3D architectural visualizations courtesy of The Building Factory | Ketan Patel.
